Seeing quality as a whole.

Making Quality Visible

What Is Whole-Quality?

Whole-Quality is a way to see the quality of an object as a whole.

It helps make quality visible through the essential details that form it — the object’s intended function, function realization, boundaries, interfaces, internal structure, Quality Factors, evidence, outcomes, and Quality Claims.

Just as an X-ray can reveal what is hidden inside a body or object, Whole-Quality helps reveal the conditions and relationships that shape real quality.

It can be used for different kinds of objects — a support service, an organization, an infrastructure system, a regulatory system, a product, a health state, or another object whose quality needs to be understood.

The purpose is simple: to make quality visible, understandable, and supported by evidence.
